Applicant background:
We are the Admins of the Zcash community Telegram group. Started in January 2019, the Telegram group has grown to be one of the main independent places for the Zcash community to hang out together and discuss privacy and Zcash.
Description of Problem or Opportunity:
Telegram is a cesspit of scammers and bots trying to scam people using all different social engineering tricks. Like impersonating mods of telegram chats, support of popular exchanges, Zcash community support, etc
