Just one suggestion:
Based on my past experience, before applying for a ZCG grant, focus on building tangible contributions and doing the work voluntarily. First, take the time to truly understand Zcash, then help others around you understand it as well. Even small but consistent contributions are an important first step toward becoming part of the Zcash ecosystem.
Also, don’t forget to seek support from Zechub when building new communities. In my opinion, the Zechub team—especially Squirrel—acts like a mentor. They listen to your ideas, offer guidance, and genuinely encourage you to contribute to the ecosystem.
