Executive Summary

Work this period focused on advancing Zcashd deprecation through coordination and production hardening. Outreach to Zcashd users remains paused pending Alpha releases. Development prioritized maturing the Zaino/Zingo stack, including adding Zebra 4.1.0 support, while some lower-priority items were deferred and shielded coinbase test support remains blocked upstream. Community collaboration calls and issue curation continued, supported by strong contributor engagement. DevRel efforts centered on exchange and partner support, cross-repository PR reviews, infrastructure maintenance, grant milestone review (ZecKit), and participation in LCWG, Arborist, and team sync calls.
