Zcash ports added to Tor Reduced Exit Policy

ExitPolicy accept *:8232-8233 # Zcash

The ‘official’ Zcash ports have now been added to the Tor Projects Reduced Exit Policy - as above.

Whilst the Tor Reduced Exit Policy is only an advisory configuration for individual Tor .exit node operators to implement, this will undoubtedly facilitate easier and unrestricted Zcash use over the Tor network in the future!
