A new version of Zcashd was released (6.12.3). Dan and Kris communicated with exchanges overnight with the most important partners and Pacu followed up with the rest of the contact list.

Zebra

ZF engineers published a new engineering update. An important highlight is that Zebra 4.4.1 was released containing important fixes.

Zaino (ZingoLabs)

  • Status: working on 0.3.0-rc2

Project Board

Zingoistas are work under the hood, integration tests, LWD Parity tests, cleanup of code and 0.3.0 release in preparation. This week Zingoistas have been focused on their Hackathon that focused on NYM mixnet integration into ZingoLib but included other work on the Zingo Stack like migrating out of the core2 yanked dependency in favor of corez now maintained by ZODL core engineers

Zallet full node wallet

  • Status: working towards alpha.4

Work on Zallet keeps progressing in between Zcashd bugfixing. Gate incompatible alpha wallet databases will let testers know that they need to recreate the wallet since the alpha version changed. Meanwhile important building blocks such as z_shieldcoinbase and Implement z_importkey and z_exportkey for Sapling are in review.

Block Explorer Support

  • Status: resumed

During the hacking week some took a stab at the remaining block explorer RPC which are now almost complete. From the list of RPCs tracked on github, only getblockhashes` is pending which is a low priority item and might be deprecated or implemented on demand.
