This is a moderation issue. The name “TheBootstrapOrg” is misleading. According to bootstrapproject.org, the current board membership is as shown on the Board of Directors tab at the top of that site. This does not include Zaki Manian, Christina Garman, Alan Fairless, or Michelle Lai because their terms have ended.
I am aware that they dispute this, and I understand that the Zcash Forum moderators may feel that they do not currently have enough information to take a side in that particular dispute. Not taking a side, in my view, currently entails not allowing “TheBootstrapOrg” to be used as an account name or “Bootstrap Board” to be used as an account description, by either side.
