I guess the main question is what happens with Zashi Wallet going forward.
It’s open source so can probably fork it if need be which is good, just would be a bummer since it was already gaining traction and is a good name.
Hope the mobile wallet development and Ledger integration continues on the pace it was.
Either way, excited for what’s to come. And fwiw I think Josh has a great track record.

Yeah, I’ve been dealing with stuff like this in my own work. Issue is that I imagine that ECC wholly owns the IP related to Zashi, users will likely have to manually migrate to a new wallet // app if someone forks it and starts a new “version”.
Also, yeah the name part is a bummer as well. Unless Bootstrap donates the IP to another community arm, it’ll likely have to go through rebrand // fork.
It’s always extremely weird to me that a privacy crypto like ZEC has so many “CEOs” running around. Governance should really be decentralized like XMR’s.

ONLY INDIVIDUALS! NO TEAMS! Teams have structure. No structure! Structure means someone gets to make decisions on behalf of the team. That’s centralization! So it’s bad. Down with organization. Anarchy only.
no, the correct proof of being decentralized is having many “developers” working to build the tech, funded by the community.

…about 20% hit right now…Down about 1.6 BILLION in market cap at this moment..
And yeah market cap isn’t the most solid metric, but… That has to be high ranking historically for tweet to market cap destruction ratio.
