My name is Batuhan. When I joined the Zcash community in 2024, I was genuinely excited. In a time when the need for privacy has become so critical — especially considering inflation and digital security concerns in my country — I realized just how essential this issue truly is.
Thanks to Zcash, I began to focus much more deeply on the core principles of financial privacy and why they are indispensable. I became part of this community and started moving forward step by step. Regardless of the transactions made or the amounts spent, there have always been certain values that mattered most to me.
I have a young son who will turn 2 this February. Every month, I regularly send a small amount of shielded ZEC to a special wallet I created for him. This is for his future and his education. As long as I am alive, I plan to continue adding to it every month. The amount is not what matters — sometimes it’s $50, sometimes $100 worth of ZEC. What matters is the end result: long-term value and financial privacy.
Zcash is a project that has pioneered financial privacy and helps people achieve the fundamental freedom they are searching for. I am truly happy to be part of this project, and I will continue working to help it reach more people.
