Different Balance for Address on blockchain explorers !?

Help finding my wallet balance?

Can anyone help explain to me why the zcash block explorer and zchain explorer are showing two difference balances for my transparent z address? I am using winzec and https://explorer.zcha.in/ works just fine and shows my proper balance, but https://zcash.blockexplorer.com/ only shows I have 1 transaction.
