Fee Structure Proposal

• No gas/fees, use inflation and increase the 21m cap
• CEX → Wallet Gas/Fee
• T <–>Z Gas Fee
• Wallet ↔ Wallet Fee
• More fees as use cases evolve.

Happy to add any other selections anyone believes is an option to fund mining costs and development, outside of fees or inflation.
