We have followed all legal requirements including the review of ZCG’s independence, see here. All of ZCG’s financials are public and we are in compliance with all reporting requirements.
We have also worked with our Cayman legal counsel to review a potential donation to the NSM and as long as there is an affirmative community vote in favor of the proposal and an accepted ZIP the donation can be legally completed.
