Thanks, trying to make zcashclient-0.2.2 work. It looks like it has more tweak possibilities in it.
I think we need to able to tweak Intensity, Threads, Worksize, powertune to get optimal out of the cards.

do you think more system RAM would help? i just got a pop up saying to quit, not enough system ram…

then the miner asks me to terminate batch job

Hmm don’t think thats the cause , I got 8 gb of ram and not fully used - still typewriter , so gotta be cpu bottleneck.

Maybe increasing your pagefile would help against that.

got 1 rig with 3 r9 290 … 2 are working s0 and s2… s1 not… always at 0… it gives and error when loagin to queue…

You are trying to mine with your iGPU … check the options at genoils github to assign the devices/platform. (-P and -g)

Have 12x R390/8GB/MSI running at about 30-32 sol/s…I am still on older 15.12 catalyst. Worth upgrading drivers to latest?

I have tried all the command, I have put in the batch file -g 0 1 2 3 4 , but it didn’t work

Try -P 1 if that didnt help go on with the next (-P 2 … etc)

Or set your bios to pci-e being primary gpu.

Wont help much. I got G3260 on all my rigs. Still having typewriter issue. But after awhile, it will load just fine. Patience is the key here.
