Genoil's ZEC Miner

https://github.com/Genoil/ZECMiner/blob/master/releases/genoil-zec-miner-0.2.2.zip

P.S: I’ll just leave it here for fast access.

0.1, 0.2, and 0.2.2 all crash immediately for me - no console output at all.

6x 480

Tried on fresh windows 7 and 10 x64 installs. Latest 16.9 drivers.

0.2.2 at Win10x64 on FuryX@16.10.2 has worked a few minutes, then crashed.

Try drivers 16.9.2

Maybe you’ll introduce some exception messages for the sake of debugging? Otherwise it just a crash with no information what did actually happened.

yes i have that in most places. that’s why it is so strange. i will release a bunch of exes within an hour that have differetn things enabled / disabled. hope to find it like that

I can imagine there’s a boatload of people watching this thread very closely and ready to test almost immediately for you… We’re your army for today :stuck_out_tongue:

ok this should be fun. version 0.3 is there. it has 6 testing exes to see how far you get:

1: only prints welcome screen
2: parses cmd line args
3: detects GPUs
4: makes stratum connection
5: loads kernels into GPUs
6: inits GPUs

And the normal genoil.exe (start.bat) has an extra option -k that allows you to specify the kernels to use. The default is “-k zec zec” which means two Miner thread are launched per GPU. You may specify “-k zec” if you can make it throught start6.bat

Curious to see some results!

After 5-10 mins for both SUPRNOVA and NICEHASH pool its not accepting solutions.

I complained about this on the Nicehash thread and they said that your miner isn’t handling nonces correctly or something (see their reply in their thread)
