Genoil 0.5 randomly crash for me, going back to 0.4.1
hmmm… lets see if that happens to me too.
Runs stable so far for me , make sure to adjust the new changes in your command line ( -i 20 -w 64 )
And clean any old bin’s from cache kernel folder.
Indeed 0.5 is here. Assuming an 1.0 release would be considered stable, you know what you are working with. The number of ‘21’ errors should be drastically less. Moreover, we got 4 intensity levels, adjustable workgroup size and a working help message. New readme too.
So what is currently the best bat file out there? I want to include it in my next release. Pull request please

Can someone post their batch file with the -k zec zec in it? I want to try that and see what it does.

Yes this i on my radar. Unfortunately I don’t have dying cards. If somebody (not immediately, but at some point) could provide me TV access to a box that has predictable 0.0 behavior, that would be very useful.

kernelname. adding -k zec zec runs 2 instances on each GPU.
so how exactly do you use it? if i have 3 gpus, do i open up 6 genoil miners?
Dont overclock too much. I got 10% when my memory was clocked at 2200. WHen backed to 2150 found <1% invalid

good for eth but not for gnoil
It seems the 7970/280X is again the KING of mining GPUs.
I get like 24SOl/s with them.
With 470 I get 25Sol/s
With 290 I get 28Sol/s
No idea how some people get 40Sol/s with the RX470/480. Must be very unstable or with some i7 CPU.
