Grant application to upstream enhancements to librustzcash

Hi Zcash community,

ChainSafe has submitted a grant application to upstream the memory wallet backend and some other changes from our fork of librustzcash to the official fork.

We initially developed this for our work on WebZjs but there has been interest from the librustzcash team to have this officially supported.

@Wollum-ChainSafe at the most recent meeting, the @ZcashGrants Committee voted to approve this proposal and has requested that you provide monthly updates via the forum in this thread.

We are excited to share our entire upstreaming effort is ready for review in this PR Adds zcash_client_memory crate and minor changes to zcash_client_backend to support by willemolding · Pull Request #1634 · zcash/librustzcash · GitHub. This PR is in fulfillment of the first and only milestone for the grant :slight_smile:

Any help with the review process from the community would be greatly appreciated
