Hello, Zcash Community!
Let me introduce myself, my name is Gorga Siagian from Indonesia. I’ve been contributing to the Zcash community for nearly two years, and during that time I’ve seen more and more Indonesians becoming interested in financial privacy and Zcash technology.
I’m thrilled to announce that the Zcash Indonesia Community has officially been formed!
This community serves as a space for anyone in Indonesia to learn, discuss, and help develop the Zcash ecosystem. We also want to make education about Zcash more accessible in Indonesian.
We currently have official social media accounts and a discussion group:
X (Twitter): Zcash Indonesia (@ZcashIdn) / X
Telegram Group: Telegram: View @komunitaszcashindonesia
Please follow us and join to get the latest updates, educational materials, and discussions about Zcash!
Support the Indonesian Zcash Community
Our next step is to bring Zcash closer to the Indonesian public. To that end, we plan to launch:
An educational campaign about Zcash and the importance of financial privacy, via social media and content in Indonesian
In-person workshops in various cities across Indonesia, to learn firsthand how to use a Zcash wallet, make shielded transactions, and understand the technology behind it
Online workshops so participants from all over Indonesia can join and learn regardless of distance
These activities require funding for venues, equipment, educational materials, and content creation. Therefore, we invite the Zcash Community to support us through donations. Any amount will greatly help expand Zcash adoption in Indonesia.
Donations can be sent to the following Zcash address:
