The new server is live and I successfully migrated my account.
Rather than assuming that some of the inactive users still want an account, I have sent everyone a message to confirm their username and e-mail for the new server.
I will create the users for anyone that would like one and I will provide the information needed to migrate your follows and followers to your new account.

Only if you used their support site correct? Iām not sure KYC is required in all locations either. IF and WHEN that becomes required I will stop using. I guess running your own server is the last resort

The current market conditions have presented an opportunity, the generous donations this initiative has received over the years now stretch much further.
Would there be any interest from the community in creating a Matrix chat server on Zebras.Social? Given that a chat server can become key infrastructure for a community, it would be great if there were at least a few people interested in being admins/mods so we would have a bus factor greater than 1, i.e., me.
Iād be happy to do the initial setup.

You are always welcome to create a new account on the Zebras.Social server, this only impacts current members of the Zeal.Center instance if they would like to migrate their followers and follows automatically.
