Today Rafael Castaneda, @Michae2xl and I published a framework connecting all three: anonymous governance, merit-based citizenship, built for Zcash.

Please, can you publish this (sort of) manifesto as a standalone webpage and not on a closed platform like Medium? And the name is interesting, but did you registered any domain? Thanks!
