Sadly this error from Zingo is unrecoverable, but in this screen behind you can restore wallet with your seed phrase & birthday if you want to use Zingo.

Thank you for the reply. I am not sure whether I have backed up the seed of this small amount wallet.
As yet, it is the experience of my shielded ZEC wallets: ‘endless’ import seed into another wallet and wait for the sync time, making using/storing shielded ZEC extremely inconvenient.

I was able to import the seed into YWallet using the restore feature. It synced better on YWallet desktop because the mobile one kept stopping when you switch to a different app on your phone. When it synced my funds didn’t show up but using the sweep funds function went through all the indexes and my funds showed up and I didn’t need to manually find anything.
