I have an ideal candidate in mind if the Zcash Foundation will not impose the use of closed source software when viable open source alternatives exist (dealbreaker) or excessive meetings on employees (UTC+1:00 appears to conflict with the timezone of most Zcash Foundation personnel).
The Berlin Rust Community is a great place to find people qualified to work on Zebra. Please post the job listing here: #rust-and-tell:chat.berline.rs (Join Channel link).
Some Rust experienced Fuchsia developers would also make good candidates. If you do a little research you will find a few contributors that have made public comments that are very pro privacy. That is who you should target.
