Troubles with the command "zcashd"

Hello!
I have troubles after installing “Ubuntu 16.04.1” in a Virtual Machine on Windows 10.
I have used the step by step guide of github.com
After build, the command “zcashd” doesn’t work.
I have repeat all steps max. 10 times, without success…
Can anybody help me? .

Try ./src/zcashd. What directory are you in? (pwd)

The folder /src/zcashd is not available on my system…
./zcash is the primary folder now

Okay… i have seen there are new requirements now…

Currently, you will need:

Linux (easiest with a Debian-based distribution)
64-bit
4GB of free memory

I have only 3 GB of free Memory…
