You should really keep such things away from the public. It scares any normal person away from using zcash. Make a special nerd corner for such content.
And I really don’t mean that in a bad way 
Multi-sig, surely interesting for admins of marketplaces. Can’t you program something like this as an all-in-one solution? A program with which you can do all these steps at once?
