@Autotunafish I can’t reply to the same topic on the tech support channel; leaving it here if it’s fine. It’s the Zkool version 6.26.1 (339) dmg, Mac OS 26.5.2. I’m in light mode; I could add the account and sync without an issue, but after signing the tx, just stuck at that page. Tried to change the nodes, but not sure what else I can try.

Does the Ledger device prompt you on its little screen to confirm the tx?

Yes, I receive the tx on the device; confirm with the ledger. Then Zkool does some updates in the background, shows “Extracting output randomness” and “getting transparent signature,” etc, however, still stuck on that signing. (I have zondax shielded app v4.3.3 installed)
I’ve restored the same account one more time using the same zkool app, now I have 2 same accounts restored on the app. But on that account, I don’t receive the tx; it throws the error “no rows returned by a query that expected to return at least one row” immediately. Probably that’s something else tho.
