Definitely interested in hearing from people who are mining Zcash (ZEC) or considering getting into Zcash mining in 2026.

We’ve been working on dedicated Equihash hardware and recently introduced the Pinecone PZ-A300 Founder Edition, a professional Zcash ASIC mining platform designed specifically for Equihash 200,9.

The PZ-A300 targets up to 3.0 MSol/s, with a target efficiency of up to 1.50 J/kSol and a target power consumption of around 4,500 W. It uses a dedicated 10-ASIC architecture, active cooling and remote management for continuous mining environments.

Obviously, profitability depends heavily on your electricity price, ZEC market conditions, network difficulty and other operating costs, so I’m not here to claim that any miner is automatically profitable.

I’d actually be interested in hearing from experienced Zcash miners: what are your biggest concerns with current ZEC mining hardware — efficiency, upfront cost, availability, cooling, reliability, or something else?

If anyone is interested in the Pinecone PZ-A300 Founder Edition or wants to compare it with other Equihash mining options, I’m happy to share the specifications and discuss it openly.

Interested - Please DM.

I’d still consider the Z15 Pro in 2026, but on a used unit I’d mainly check pool-side hashrate, that all hashboards are detected, temperatures/fans, PSU condition and a recent runtime screenshot.

I’d rather pay a bit more for a unit with proper proof and history than buy the cheapest one with no logs.

Hash logs are provided with runtime screenshots

I bought a few Z15 pro-s when the price was four-thousand-something USD and will start mining soon. Unless Zcash nosedives to $700, it would be quite profitable.

Definitely, when you start mining HMU can source you the units

any link or how start mining - set up the antminer - and what wallet is good for noobs pls

Startig mining is easy, it entirely depends on your electricity rate. A good wallet for noobs is exodus wallet and trust wallet. Setting up Antminer Z15 pro is quite easy

any advice for pool to start with or it doesn’t matter, any link to start with , instruction , you know first time is the hardest one . I heard that nicehash is good , maybe you a better one … pls

Hi I am very interested in mining zcash. I am based in Nigeria and would really need some guidance please.

Step 1: Buy very expensive mining hardware

Step 2: Plug in hardware to electricity

Step 3: Connect hardware to internet

Step 4: Connect hardware to mining pool

Step 5: Earn ZEC

Step 6: Pay electric bill every month

Looks expensive, can I just hold the position and sell it in future, with high ROI? :face_with_peeking_eye:
