We are Invest Zone, one of the leading crypto media and community platform in the CIS region and Russian speaking markets. We are submitting a 3 month pilot grant proposal to build the comprehensive Russian language Zcash educational and onboarding program.

Problem
The CIS / russian speaking markets have 26-30 million potential crypto users and almost no meaningful systematic Zcash presence. Privacy matters deeply in this region due to economic pressure, currency instability, limited banking access, but users have little to no credible, accessible way to learn about Zcash in russian.

What We Are Proposing
We are proposing to launch the first comprehensive Russian-language Zcash educational program which is designed to onboard crypto users across the region.
Within this 3 months pilot we are planning to deploy most of our team to several parallel tracks to produce:
- Telegram post series (minimum 30 posts) - Zcash as the primary channel narrative
- Minimum of 4 long-read educational deep dives
- Minimum of 4 dedicated long-format streams and Zcash integration in all other streams
- Minimum of 1 professionally produced podcast episode with a Zcash ecosystem guest
- Minimum of 10 short educational videos across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Shorts
- Russian language Zcash knowledge base and a Telegram AI bot trained on the knowledge base, live 24/7
- Quiz campaign along with Unstoppable Wallet
- Trained Russian language community support team
- 2 English educational threads on X for the global audience
All deliverable counts are minimums. If the pilot performs well, the next phase is planned to expand even further to offline presence. The scope is deliberately broad for a pilot. We are planning to deploy over 20 members across various teams with a possibility to involve additional resources with no extra cost to ZCG.
Budget
Total: $36,050 over 3 months. The majority of it ($34,050) goes to team compensation since we use existing infrastructure, so there are no hardware or software costs. This pilot is the starting point. Once the results of the pilot run are there, our major goal is to home Zcash education and community in the Russian speaking markets.
