James Katz dev Report: Zcash Brazil - March 2024
LiveZEC (working title) will be a service that will allow streamers from any platform (through OBS Studio / Stream Yard plugins) to receive donations directly in $ZEC. The donations will be displayed as an overlay on the streamer’s screen.
The documentation for this project is done and ready for implementation.
Many services maintained by James Katz depend on VPC hosting and API keys. All of these service payments are up to date. Currently, these services are:
- 3 Amazon AWS / LightSail instances
- OpenAI API key
- The OpenAI usage quota was exceeded this month, and James had to buy credits for the services to get back online.
Dizzy is the discord bot for micropayments.
James provided support for Discord users.
No major
James’ zingolib-wrapper, which is the backend for ZecFaucet, went through a rewrite, utilizing the most recent version of Zingolabs’ zingolib. This JavaScript wrapper will be the backend for future projects.
