As everything, when built on the right principles and executed with discipline, inevitably turns into reality.
As Zbase, it has only been one month since our formation, and in this short time, we have made a significant commitment: by the end of 2026, we aim to become a self-sustaining structure that can continue operating without requesting external funding—especially from ZCG. At first glance, we are aware that this goal may seem difficult, even ambitious.
However, while taking on this responsibility, we didn’t just set a goal; we also aimed to test our potential and push our limits. Because we believe that with the right strategy, the right team, and sustainable systems, this goal is achievable.
Our current process is entirely focused on building the infrastructure. The projects we are in discussions with, the business models we are shaping, the systems we are establishing, and our team structuring… All of these require time and focus. Our aim is not to move fast, but to move correctly and build something lasting.
In this direction, we continue to stay active on the ground. Recently, we organized a small yet meaningful event at our office specifically for women. During this event, we introduced the Zcash ecosystem and the Zodl Wallet, emphasizing the importance of privacy-focused financial tools. Engaging directly with participants, listening to their questions, and onboarding them into the ecosystem was extremely valuable for us.
We believe that such micro-events will form the foundation of a strong community in the long run.
While continuing our work smoothly as the Zcash Türkiye Team and maintaining our presence in the Zcash ecosystem, we are also pleased to announce that our team has now grown to 8 members together with Zbase.
A small note:
Stepping outside of one’s comfort zone forces a person to confront the promises they’ve made and pushes them to take greater responsibility in order to fulfill them. Of course, not every effort results directly in success; however, what truly matters is managing the process correctly rather than focusing solely on the outcome. Setting clear goals, planning the path toward them, and progressing with discipline… And as long as we manage this process the right way, we are confident that we will ultimately succeed.
