Hi ECC, we are running zcashd and were about to upgrade to latest version but see that github and docker version is still 5.8.0, last updated on Jan 2. This version is set to expire with block height 2482200 estimated for April 23. We would like to generally do upgrades at least two weeks in advance in case of any problems, but we can’t yet. Please advise “wen next release”. Thanks!

I believe they mentioned in the last arborist call that there would be a maintenance release soon. The date ia still TBD I think

Hi again,
Trying to install the new version v5.9.0-rc1 using docker, we have tried all three images in the attached pic. With all, it still shows version 5.8.0.
Perhaps new version but with old version number? Or still old version? Thanks for the continued help.

its up but just hasn’t puhed to the main branch yet
Release PR is up and being reviewed. Once it passes CI, it will be tagged and Gitian builds will be started for the Debian packages.
