Yes, it is - part of the allocation under “Public Allocations (future RPGF programs)” is earmarked for the Zcash Shielded Airdrop. We’re still working on the latest shielded airdrop protocol on our side (ref), and I hope to drop another update there pretty soon!

any updates? i see lots of news about staking NAM on twitter, but i have not heard that the shielded airdrop for ZEC holders is anywhere close to be ready?
