I’ve just shared my proposed framework an approach centered on net shielded-spending impact as the guiding metric, with clear rules, strict milestones, and a genuinely collaborative spirit.
It’s designed to be proactive (giving the ecosystem clear strategic direction and incentives through a one-pager published by the committee) while accelerating real-world adoption and empowering serious builders.
