The reality is that no committee, whether elected by ZCAP or coinholders, can prosper. Committees never work. ZCG is akin to central planning in communist regimes, it cannot work.

Coinholders voting by the amount of ZEC held is a committee.

No country lets people vote with their money, Zcash does.
