ZEC in Kraken and Bittrex. How to handle fork?

Hello everyone.

I have some ZEC at Bittrex and some at Kraken.

Concerning the upcoming fork:
Do you know whether Bittrex and Kraken are going to support the fork and, for example, deposit an equal amount of YCash in my account, after the fork?

In a different case, should I transfer the ZEC to a local wallet?

All in all, what is the best way to handle it?
