Hi,
First of all, we’d like to thank you once again for your support and for the growing recognition of our instant swap service.
As recently announced, our team implemented several infrastructure upgrades ( BitcoinVN – Zcash infrastructure upgrade ) that have allowed us to process Zcash swaps much faster and significantly raise the swap limits.
Now to the “good problems”:
Over the past ~2 weeks, uptake has been more positive than expected - which leaves us with some good problems to have.
We are still operating with a limited pool of liquidity, which occasionally causes delays when our internal reserves are temporarily exhausted.

Self-custody should always be your default.

If You’re Comfortable Going Out on the Risk Curve:
We’re currently looking to add more liquidity provider (LP) capital for ZEC via our staking service.
With the expansion of our ZEC swap capabilities, the effective APR has climbed from ~4% earlier this year to over 20%, due to rapidly growing usage.
How the calculation works:
We share 0.5% of ZEC swap volume with active LPs - meaning on 100 ZEC of volume, ~0.5 ZEC is distributed to the pool.
More details can be found here: BitcoinVN Staking Program - Frequently asked questions - BitcoinVN News

Our near-term goal is to reach 1,000 ZEC in the ZEC staking pool.
Once we cross that threshold, we’d also feel confident upgrading support for shielded Zcash transactions higher in our current dev backlog.
We estimate reaching both milestones within H2/2025 - but if interest is strong, we may be able to accelerate that timeline.
Thank you again for your time and continued support!
