Hi, I’m Lien on behalf of the team at BitcoinVN – Vietnam’s oldest and longest-running cryptocurrency exchange (founded in 2014).
We’d like to share some recent infrastructure upgrades that have significantly improved key aspects of our ZEC-related services:
Swap speed: Transactions now settle within seconds instead of minutes.
Larger swap capacity: The maximum swap size has increased from approximately $1,000 to $50,000 per transaction.
Our platform also provides a direct on- and offramp for ZEC in Vietnam:
Please note: Shielded Zcash transactions are not yet supported. However, we’re monitoring demand and are open to allocating engineering resources should sufficient interest arise.

Some minor further updates to the service range of BitcoinVN in relation to Zcash support the past few weeks:
1.) We have recently raised the maximum swap limit to 100k$ per swap - as usual, no sign-up is required when using the crypto-crypto swap feature (e.g.: Convert Bitcoin (Lightning) to Zcash (Shielded) - BitcoinVN )
Off-ramp is for now still possible without account creation:
2.) To further improve self-custody capabilities of our clients in Vietnam, our colleagues at BitcoinVN Shop also begun stocking the Keystone Pro 3 model in January this year:

Our team has completed the required infrastructure upgrades related to the recent Zcash network upgrade.
Both shielded and transparent Zcash swaps are now available again via the BitcoinVN Instant Swap engine, with support for swaps up to US$100,000 per transaction.
