That said, I do share many of the concerns mentioned above. A web wallet wonât be private, will be risky for funds stored within, and I think likely wonât be trusted by users. And it seems you plan to charge for this web wallet service, which makes sense infrastructurally (nodes arenât free!) but as a potential user, itâs unlikely Iâll pay for a wallet I see likely providing less security and fewer features than my free options.
ZecWallet, a trusted brand, actually released a web wallet back in the day, which was taken down due to disuse for similar reasons to the above. (Lack of privacy, risk of lost funds, poor performance) - It would help us understand and discuss your project if you speak a bit to how you see ZecWeb overcoming these challenges and becoming a useful tool that with decent security assurances.
