Its been four months since @Dodger stepped down from leading the Zcash Foundation. Can anyone help with the road map to find a permanent Executive Director for an important organization in the Zcash ecosystem?

What are the requirements or criteria
I will continue to be Interim Executive Director until roughly the end of 2025 at which time the board will announce leadership plans for the future. In the meantime, all ZF projects continue full speed ahead.

Noting that @Dodger said when they left they’d be sharing spicy takes unrestrained by their leadership role, but I haven’t seen any.
We don’t need more drama but I am curious.
I don’t look forward to any drama. Let’s keep building and delivering.

What do you think is the criteria to lead the Zcash Foundation?
In a time of rapid AI development, fierce token market competition, massive labyrinth of global regulation, endless need to grow the user base and develop strategic partnerships. Oh, did I mention have the financial skills to keep the Zcash Foundation able to gain high quality EMPLOYEES in a great work environment to secure and grow the zebra network of nodes an increase Zec users plus create confidence for investors to hold ZEC, maybe increase the ZEC PRICE!
What are your thoughts on finding a great Leader!
