Thanks, can you install the last version 1.3.4 (133), the only thing new is the New Background Syncing with scheduled Task during the night, and try if the problem persist… Thanks in advance.

I have tried to find that error on all my devices and others to which I have access and I have not been able to see it, I wonder if it is a specific error of the device

I have no idea why this is happening to you @hanh , no clue, sorry. Can you please update to the last version (1.4.3)? we upgraded zingo-mobile to android-14 (API level 34)… who knows, everything is possible.
