I have accidentally deleted zcash.conf file and lost my rpcusername and password but preserved my wallet.dat . Das it affect my control over coins stored in my wallet? Will I be able to send them?
It affects your ability to use “zcash-cli” or any other app that uses RPC to talk to the zcashd daemon. Just create a new zcash.conf file with a new rpcusername and password and restart zcashd.
