I have now for 6 days a problem with sending and shifting with JAXX for windows version 2.1.13. I want to shapeshift BTC but it does not work. When I want to send BTC to shapeshift adress (Shapeshift.io) or another adress it also does nothing when I click on send. When I type the amount in the bar on JAXX the dollar indication (in white) bellow does not change and displays says $0.00. I have done a back-up a reset of the cache, change my fees from low to avarrage and back to low. I also have downloaded JAXX again but nothing worked. Please help.
