I wish! However, I did consider jumping to the top 10 holders today… BUT I think that would be missing the point of this all, what good would it do for the Cypherpunk Zero brand if everyone just hoards the NFTs?
Did discover the crazy world of NFTs, their marketmakers and so on, a real rabbit hole as they would call it. So for that I am gratefull that Zcash has launched their own, otherwise I would be ignorant thinking its about jpeg apes.
Talking about branding and apes, as a community we can learn from these bored apes… They started with NFTs and grown into a vibrant community that see it as a priviledge to be bored. Somehow we gotta believe that the Cypherpunk Zero creators are up to the task but maybe this is the wrong way of looking at it. As a community, nay, movement, we need to communicate effectively to others who we are and what we stand for so they may find us and belong, to join the Cypherpunks.
In order to do that we need to change the social meaning of the word Zero just like the apes did for Bored.
@rosenthvl is there a way how I can get higher quality image file of my NFTs? Forexample, if I want to create high quality posters of the NFT and use it as a way to promote Zcash in my city.
Wow. This does make me wonder, and I don’t know the answer. Does the Cypherpunk Zero community want/need their own website + forum/platform. Are we better suited moving our presence/movement to reddit?
I’m of the mind that there should be community hub for a CZ DAO (ie. built on Commonwealth or Aragon), with other ancillary activities on platforms like Reddit. @tokidoki is working on something related to this. I believe it’s important this initiative is community-run, so I’ll be sitting tight and supporting wherever/however appropriate.
Yes! I’ve had a short call with Toki on this today. Its not a barrier I cross often, to call with someone I havent spoken to before, but given the huge potential here I jumped. Toki is a cool dude.
As the DAO slowly evolves and eventually emerges the support of the ECC, ZFD and ZCG is very welcome!
