I currently have a GTX 960 Strix 2GB, but would like to switch to a 1060 6GB, is it a worthwhile upgrade? How many sols the 1060 6GB can do?

I have a strix 960 2gb and a friend a 290x, I’ll give back 200BRL (approx 60 bucks). 290X used: 800BRL ( 245) 960 2gb used: 600BRL ( 184) actually my 960 155~165 sols 290x is a good deal for mining zcash? 290X goes with kraken g10 + corsair watercooling worth it?
