have a friend who didnt write down his seed phrase, and now looking to play more with ywallet.
i sent him zcash and ycash well before the zcash price populating as ycash balance problem.
he’s running on android and the balance wont show and when we go to the backup tab, the progress bar just keeping going…
any suggestions?

Thanks. That likely is his only shot without some developer tools likely unavailable under any circumstances.
