Besides Zcash and Dragon Chain what other projects could be GDPR Compliant right now?
Interesting question. There was allready a topic where some aspects of the GDPR have been discussed.
I’am not sure if ANY crypto currency is GDPR compliant at the moment or in near feature.
The first problem is that a given project might see themself as a data controller or data processor but the EU GDPR agency may not have the same point of view.
My personal view is that Zcash and or any other profit blockchain which is not decentralized is a data controller. Mining Pools/exchanges/wallet providers maybe data processors.
Below what is included in the new GDPR changes/requirements. I leave it up to everybody it’s own to conclude if right now a given blockchain project can fit these or not:
