Yep you can profit from high sol rates if you got a lower amount of gpu’s on a good cpu.

Following my tests:
Windows 7 1 GPU and it works !! with version 0.4.1 and the following fights:

But even with two GPU chause I do not ais the power of two (R9 290 in all cases)

frist few runs had some crashes but now been running it for well over an hour with CPU mining using nheqminer at the same time - no crash so far.
Good stuff Genoil! Can’t wait for V.5 with an increase in stability.
Note: Some people report an Error OCL issue… do you know what causes that ? something in windows? motherboard issue? i dont think its just drivers.
When I put two GPUs in SA # 0 I 0 / s while in SA # 1 17 I / s
I saw the miner get up to 199 Sols/s with my 6 X RX470 modded earlier.
thats pretty good considering he is only running one instance of SilentArmy…
Imagine if he can get it to run 2 instances, were probably looking at 300 Sol/s?? 350Sols/s???
when i tested silent army when Marc first released it, i got 26 Sol/s on one instance, and about 19-20 Sols/s on each dual instance for a total of 38-40 Sols/s
Well not sure why silentarmy kernel is behaving like that in the first place (2 instances and that stuff).
But we are probably far away from maxed out cards - time will tell.
Pretty happy with flypool + genoil for the moment.

My first guess was that it might be windows 10 so I went back to windows 7 , but then we figured it is the AVX issue … and now gotta go back to 10 cause of the 6 gpu problem in windows 7 (can’t get it to work with rx-series).

Add 2 more of those cards and see if you get the same Sol/s, would love to know the results.

Found the GPU that keeps crashing…going to try some tests , if dont work going to return.
Nice. So -k zec zec seems to have considerable impact on Win7?
Btw did the Tahiti / Pitcairn crowd already try setting the ENV vars for memory allocation like required for ethminer?
Not sure what -k zec zec does but I wouldnt think so , his memory is at 2150 and only running 2 cards (so the cpu will carry them nicely).
Noticed a similar picture on my i5-2500k running 2 gpu’s resulting in way higher sol’s , but once there is pressure on the cpu / more gpu’s the rate goes down.

BUT!! Without -k zec zec i see more “share accepted”!! 
where did you get your 470 8gb drivers please?
Sounds like adressing a gpu that crashed or the iGPU ?
Try to play with the options from GitHub - Genoil/ZECMiner: ZCash AMD OpenCL stratum miner for Windows
Especially -P and -g
