Basically, i’ve been mining with Zcashd for 6 hours, and i realized it has a wallet.dat file, and i know u can restore your wallet with it
Where do i restore my wallet from Zcashd to Zecwallet Lite?
I tried changing the Zecwallet dat file but i got an error saying couldbt connect to the server
Anyone knows what server Zcashd is?
Zecwallet Lite does not support importing wallet.dat files from zcashd.
You need to use Zecwallet Full Node for that.
If you have only been mining with Zcashd for 6 hours how much have you earned?
i was making about 200MSol/s
i went to coinwarz and im thinking i made 16 zcash
What OS are you on? Linux, Windows, iOS? You should be able to see your balance.

i remember i was able to see my wallet once, by opening Zcashd in WSL and get it, but then never managed to do it again

Edit, I see you are using Linux under Windows.
You should be able to start Zcashd normally, then run
./src/zcash-cli z_gettotalbalance
i got it working, the zcash.conf in WSL was different
Anyway, anyone knows any way to replace the zecwallet fullnode wallet to the zcashd one?
ZecWallet Fullnode on Windows and Zcashd on Linux are the same Zcashd (just ZecWallet Fullnode has a more user friendly GUI on top).
If you got Zcashd running, good. Make sure it’s fully synced 100%.
You can get your ZecWallet wallet.dat and replace the one in Linux with it.
- Stop Zcashd:
./src/zcash-cli stop - Find the
wallet.datfile and replace it - Restart with
./src/zcashd -rescan
Zcashd will then perform a rescan of the new wallet file to find your Zcash.
Out of curiosity, do you know your mining address? Have you checked the balance on a block explorer?
I only ask because it’s extremely unusual for anyone to mine solo with Zcashd and earn any Zcash, it usually takes specific hardware called an ASIC to earn anything. The CPU miner in Zcashd is simply too slow.

200M sols? Where did you get that number from? No way a CPU miner (Zcashd) can make that many sols, that was probably the networks total hashrate at the time.
An ASIC like a Antminer Z15 makes about 420k Sols/s, or an older Z11 Mini makes 10-12k Sols/s.
Zcashd itself was saying it
For a CPU miner, it likely said 200 Sols/s not 200M (200,000,000)

200M/Sol is about a hangar for 500 of the most modern miners with a total cost of about $ 7 million.
