How do I test a build created with the Zcash 1.0 "Sprout" Guide?

Hi Everyone,

Please forgive my ignorance for this question. I built Zcash according to the Zcash 1.0 “Sprout” Guide. The guide does a very good job, but its missing a seciton on tsting the artifacts.

How do I test everything that has been built?
