How does the TEX address work on Ywallet?
Is the TEX address actually the transparent T address? Is there a new type of T address called Tex? How to identify this type of address?

When you scan a TEX address (from Binance for example), your wallet will not use shielded funds. You may have to do a z2t transfer beforehand.

In general, It will be a t address more or less but will use an alternate derivation method and presumably will signal a compliant wallet to use deshielded funds or exec the deshield and subsequent send out.
