With Zcash’s positive momentum over the past year, there has been a significant increase and diversification in grant applications; compared to last year, more than twice as many proposals are now being submitted.
In this context, what do you think about separating the current ZCG evaluation structure into two specialized teams: one focused on technical (development and software) projects and the other on community-focused initiatives?
This approach would also imply additional ZCG members and an increased budget requirement.
Do you think such a separation would improve the quality and speed of evaluations, leading to a more efficient process, or would it be better to maintain the current unified evaluation structure?
