Low speeds on all cards

I’m getting some low speeds with all my cards with intensity 6
R9 380 is getting about 180 H/s
and RX 470 is getting about 280 H/s
Anyone know what would the problem be ? I’m using latest claymore’s miner

280 H/s on a RX470 is pretty good. Have you had higher speeds before?

I’m talking about 380, even R9 280x gets better speeds
