Miner- [NiceHash] Zcash CPU/GPU for Linux and Windows

I posted the link but devs here delete it. Nervous nellies that’s for sure. About to become irrelevant.

I’ve never met a troll who actually might not understand he’s a troll. Go elsewhere, you add nothing productive here.

This from Tromp:

Yes, I talked with djm34 about his CUDA miner on Slack. I’m not shocked because my 23 Sol/s was not using any GPU specific optimization (and none of its fast shared memory), and djm34 must’ve found some way to put the GPU architecture to better use than just treating it like a many core cpu.

Can’t wait to triple amd performance on a 1070…

How fast could you get this into your miner??? I have a few older cards I would love to put to use!!!

NiceHash hasn’t put V1 of silentarmy in any of their GPU miners. They seem to not be supporting this miner.

Oh gay well a guy can hope I guess

Got the freakin thing working.
for now 2x R9 280x

Hope it helps some out.

I think your -op 0 1 is selecting Open platform 0 and 1 which means it’s stressing the igpu for no reason but correctly grabs the GPU platform.

If i use -op 0 or -op 1 it doesn’t work.

Can’t figure out why

update: it does work with -op 0 now. maybe the driver update i did a few hours ago.

what does this mean? both gpu 0

found 2 devices
Using device 0 as GPU 0
found 2 devices
compiling …
Using device 1 as GPU 0

I’ve been reading this thread and seen many users guessing their gpu platform (-op) and gpu device (-od) configs. It is frustrating to read. So as a PSA to all users. There is a query option in nheqminer that displays your gpus in your computer. See pic below.

Run: nheqminer.exe -oi (For AMD GPUs)

Note: For nvidia like mine use nheqminer.exe -ci. Then select gpu using -cd.

nicehash pls payout: 13yrQXuj6XBtjzE8Bqb6NLxHE29RvKcScg
waiting the payout from ystday

Thank you nicehash team for this miner, but could you implement the proxy sock support in windows version ?

@zono I have checked your mining stats and you were last paid on 29th October at 23:01. From your current balance I think you will be paid on first Saturday that comes. But note that your miner isn’t active right now so the balance is not increasing. You can check all these here: NiceHash - Leading Cryptocurrency Platform for Mining and Trading (just enter your BTC address)

@terano I will let our developers know about your wish.

Linux gpu version???

Developers are working on it.

Any windows release near for the newest miner ?

I know that, I switched to another pool and I would like you to pay the remaining balance.

@zono Ok, no problem. The next payout will happen on first Saturday that comes (that is 5th November). If there will be a problem, let us know.

@t2yax I think we will first continue with working on Linux. Hope it will be ready soon.

Hi allz i have problem. Using zcashgpuclient_silentarmy build from git for ubuntu 14.04.

rig1 GPU 4 39 ms 0 C° 27.515 sols/s 2 cards
rig2 GPU 4 39 ms 0 C° 27.211 sols/s 2 cards
rig3 GPU 4 39 ms 0 C° 27.713 sols/s 2 cards
rig4 GPU 2 36 ms 0 C° 25.237 sols/s 1 card

I cant understand why the rig with 1 card make almost the same like theese with 2 cards

config rig4

Please someone help me, 10x in advance
all 7 cards are r9 290 8gb video, 4gb ddr ram rigs, same os Ubuntu 14.04 lts, same video drivers, same miners
the only difference is rig4 is celeron, rig1-3 sempron
